Issue

  • Unable to access the UI
  • Accessing the maintenance console produces the following error:

 Error: Unable to access jarfile /opt/netapp/ocum/lib/jeps/maintainanceconsoleauditlog.ja

  • Error  in server.log file:

2024-06-04 04:06:03,212 ERROR [org.springframework.boot.web.servlet.support.ErrorPageFilter] (default task-19461) Forwarding to error page from request [/ontap/metric/qos/volume-workloads/metrics] due to exception [Java heap space]: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
