Restoring Active IQ Unified Manager backup to new instance results in error Failed to extract the database dump repository file

Issue

When attempting to restore (migrate) a Unified Manager backup to a newly deployed instance, the restore operation fails with the following error:

ERROR [Active IQ UM] [restore] [restore.sh] Restore Failed : Failed to extract the database dump repository file 
/data/ocum-backup/database-dumps-repo/ocum_mysql_full_backup_NNNNNNNNNNNNN.sql.7z.

Scanning the drive for archives:

ERROR: No more files
/data/ocum-backup/database-dumps-repo/ocum_mysql_full_backup_NNNNNNNNNNNNN.sql.7z
