No performance data after the upgrade of Active IQ Unfied Manager to 9.8RC1

• Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQ UM) 9.8RC1
• Virtual Appliance (vApp) only

Issue

1. Unable to see the performance data for all the clusters post the upgrade of AIQ UM from 9.7P1 to 9.8RC1 vApp.
2. We can see following errors in the au.log:
