To capture the relevant logs for SAML Authentication from Active IQ Unified Manager server

Log on Active IQ Unified Manager server

Run --> maintenance_console

Collect the Active IQ Unified Manager Support bundle

The individual logs that hold relevant data for SAML Authentication are

Additional Information
- For troubleshooting purposes, If it is all possible, enable SAML Tracing plugin in for the Chrome browser and then try to recreate the issue and export the SAML tracing output
- Download and enable SAML plugin in Chrome browser
- Press "F12" to start debugging mode of Chrome browser
- Go back to SSO page for IDF server and tries to log in again and then capture the SAML tracing
