Description
- 
    To capture the relevant logs for SAML Authentication from Active IQ Unified Manager server - 
        Log on Active IQ Unified Manager server 
- 
        Run --> maintenance_console 
- 
        Collect the Active IQ Unified Manager Support bundle 
- 
        The individual logs that hold relevant data for SAML Authentication are - 
            ocumserver.log 
- 
            audit.log 
- 
            ocum-error.log 
- 
            the location and information about these logs can be found here.

Additional Information
- For troubleshooting purposes, If it is all possible, enable SAML Tracing plugin in for the Chrome browser and then try to recreate the issue and export the SAML tracing output
    - Download and enable SAML plugin in Chrome browser
- Press "F12" to start debugging mode of Chrome browser 
- Go back to SSO page for IDF server and tries to log in again and then capture the SAML tracing
