  1. To capture the relevant logs for SAML Authentication from Active IQ Unified Manager server

    1. Log on Active IQ Unified Manager server

    2. Run --> maintenance_console

    3. Collect the Active IQ Unified Manager Support bundle

      1. How to collect logs ( support bundle ) from Active IQ Unified Manager

    4. The individual logs that hold relevant data for SAML Authentication are

      1. ocumserver.log

      2. audit.log

      3. ocum-error.log

      4. the location and information about these logs can be found here.
