Issue

  • When attempting to create a backup on Commvault via IntelliSnap on a NetApp datastore, the following error appears in the Commvault log:

is not a NetApp device OR the NetApp filer credentials haven't been entered OR the NetApp filer credential has been entered incorrectly. Please check the subclient content/NetApp filer credentials.

  • Commvault is unable to communicate with OnCommand Unified Manager (OCUM/AIQUM).
