Active IQ Unified Manager users are not able to login after OS upgrade (RHEL)

Issue

  • Unable to login to AIQUM webUI

             Sign In Failed. Please verify Username and Password

  • When attempting to change umadmin password via "passwd umadmin" command then still not able to login to webUI
  • Some errors seen in server.log:

ERROR [io.undertow.request] (default task-20557) UT005023: Exception handling request to /login: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no jaas in java.library.path: [/opt/netapp/essentials/jboss/modules/system/layers/base/org/hornetq/main/lib/linux-x86_64, /opt/netapp/essentials/jboss/bin/native/lib64/]
