Issue

  • Error received when trying to start the NetApp Active IQ Acquisition Service.
The NetApp Active IQ Acquistion Service service on Local Computer Started and then stopped.
  • Program Files\NetApp\essentials\au\log\wrapper.log contains the error:
WrapperStartStopAppMain ERROR An exception occurred processing Appender AuLog org.apache.logging.log4j.core.appender.AppenderLoggingException: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'java.util.Deque org.apache.logging.log4j.util.StackLocatorUtil.getCurrentStackTrace()'
Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'java.util.Deque org.apache.logging.log4j.util.StackLocatorUtil.getCurrentStackTrace()'
