Issue

After performing a Windows Server in-place upgrade (for example, Windows Server 2016 to 2019), AIQUM services may not start immediately. The AIQUM Web GUI may be inaccessible for an extended period and later become available without any manual intervention or configuration changes.

  • AIQUM services fail to start after OS upgrade.
  • AIQUM Web GUI inaccessible.
  • Windows System Event Viewer records Service Control Manager errors.
  • Services recover automatically after several hours or days.
