AIQUM services not starting after reboot

Issue

  • After reboot AIQUM does not come back up and unable to access the web GUI
  • Accessing the OVA console it will show service status as Not running
  • After another reboot it takes 1 hour for the appliance to boot
  • Manual start of ocie service does not work and takes about an hour to timeout
