AIQUM maintenance user cannot login into web GUI

Issue

  • Default maintenance user such as "admin" can no longer login to AIQUM web GUI
  • Error in GUI:
    Sign in Failed. Please verify Username and Password
  • Can still log in to virtual machine console and maintenance console with same credentials
