The AIQUM fails to collect performance data with the following error in
OCUMserver.log
2022-11-18 02:00:50,955 INFO [oncommand] [task-scheduler-0] [c.n.s.service.MemoryMonitorService] AU JVM memory will not be checked for space since enough samples are not available after a JVM restart
