AIQUM acquisitions to all clusters failed due large MySQL tables

Issue

  • After an upgrade of AIQUM the acquision to all clusters fail
  • All cluster acquisition including initial acquisition for a newly added cluster AIQUM stuck with operation state "In Progress"
  • au.log doesnt show any specific error
  • The MySQL error.log shows huge number of locks on some databases with huge number of records
  • Possible error messages for the large sized databases in MySQL error.log for example change_record.idb:

<date> [Warning] [MY-012145] [InnoDB] Error while writing 3919872 zeroes to ./netapp_model/change_record.ibd starting at offset 17247252480
<date> [ERROR] [MY-013132] [Server] The table 'change_record' is full!
