AIQUM OCIE service will not start

Issue

  • AIQUM OCIE service will not start, either after upgrade or after reboot on RHEL or CentOS server.
  • Deployments directory show all files deployed under:
    • /opt/netapp/essentials/jboss/standalone/deployments
    • Example below (highlighted red numbers are jboss user group)
    • clipboard_e91a70197ad77bd7e503423df68a8a7b6.png
  • Error seen similar to below screenshot:
    • clipboard_e9477be7e4c7814e27b1f5e57990c2b83.png
    • chown: invalid group: 'root:jboss'
    • Failed to start LSB: Active IQ  Management Server
