AIQUM OCIE service will not start

Issue
- AIQUM OCIE service will not start, either after upgrade or after reboot on RHEL or CentOS server.
- Deployments directory show all files deployed under:
/opt/netapp/essentials/jboss/standalone/deployments
Example below (highlighted red numbers are jboss user group)
- Error seen similar to below screenshot:
chown: invalid group: 'root:jboss'
