How to request reactivation of an NSS account
Procedure
- Navigate to Non Technical Feedback (no login required) or
- Login to NetApp Support Site
- Click on Cases & Parts
- Select Create Non-Technical Case
- Select Feedback Category as Reactivate User Account
- For the question Have you changed companies?, select appropriate radio button
- If you have changed your company, register for a new account
- If you are with the same company, fill in your Name, Email address, Company Name, and provide comments in the appropriate fields
- Enter the Captcha
- Click Submit
