How to request reactivation of an NSS account 

Procedure

  1. Navigate to  Non Technical Feedback (no login required) or
  2. Login to NetApp Support Site 
  3. Select Feedback Category as Reactivate User Account
  4. For the question Have you changed companies?, select appropriate radio button

  1. If you have changed your company, register for a new account
  2. If you are with the same company, fill in your Name, Email address, Company Name, and provide comments in the appropriate fields
  3. Enter the Captcha
  4. Click Submit
