Change email address on NetApp Support Site when login is not possible

Procedure

To change your email address on the NetApp Support Site when you cannot login, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the NetApp Support Site
  2. Navigate to Cases tab and click Create Non-Technical Case
  3. Select the category Email Address Change (cannot log in)
  4. Fill in the details:
    • Name
    • Old Email
    • New Email
    • Company Name
    • Comments
  5. Enter captcha
  6. Click Submit

After submission:

  1. A non-technical case will be created
  2. An email with the subject “NetApp Microsoft Azure Active Directory B2C registration request” will be sent to your new email address once the email address is updated
  3. Open the email and follow the instructions to accept the invite and register your new email address with Azure B2C
