How to find a specific software version not listed under the Available Software page on the NetApp Support Site
Procedure
- Visit NetApp Software Version Support Policy

Ensure that the desired software version has not reached its EOS date

Software versions that have reached their EOS are no longer available for download

Sign in to the NetApp Support Site

Active support contract required
-

Click on Downloads
-
From the drop down, click Downloads
-
Click on the Software to be downloaded
-
Under Available Software, type the specific software version to be downloaded

Click Go
-

Read the information on screen, then click the I have read theCaution/MustRead checkbox

Read the end user license agreement, then click I have read the End User License Agreement checkbox

Click Accept and Continue
