All NetApp products are sold with a standard warranty support. This includes:
- 
    Hardware: Covers a period of 3 years from the date with Next Business Day (NBD) delivery 
- 
    Software: Covers 90 days from the date of software delivery of the initially shipped version of software

    Onsite service is only provided if an onsite contract is purchased.
