SCF from 4.3.3P4 fails backups when destination SVM used for mirroring fails

Snap Creator Framework (SCF) 4.3.3P4 and higher

Issue

When there are more than one mirror setup for the same source volume, and one of the destination SVMs is missing credentials and working access,
SCF will fail the Backup due to a missing destination SVM:
ERROR: Credentials for storage controller <SVM_NAME> not found, please check NTAP_USERS parameter in configuration
