Issue

  • SMHV backup fails.
  • Windows Application Eventlog on SMHV host shows error:
    • Source: SnapMgrServiceHost
    • Event ID: 106
    • Message:

SnapManager for Hyper-V backup failed to complete.

Error :Error: Vss Requestor - Backup Components failed.Failed to add volume <VOLUME> to snapshot set. Shadow copying the specified volume is not supported.

  • EMS log on ONTAP shows error:

Cluster and Domain Controller times differ by more than the configured clock skew (KRB5KRB_AP_ERR_SKEW)

  • SECD log on ONTAP shows error:
