Workflows execution shown successful but the changes are not applied

Applies to

• OnCommand Workflow Automation 4.2 (WFA)
• OnCommand Unified Manager datasource in WFA

Issue

• Some random workflows shown as successfully executed, but in fact no changes are applied to the cluster.
• There is no error in the GUI
• In the server log, there are many errors like bellow, indicating a wrong state of the cm_storage database.
