Issue

After setting max_skew to 1 second, partners are over 1 minute off.

Time skewed among clustered filers and time server.

Error message: TimeDaemon: source [3.1.6.27]: actual [a negative number, e.g. -87.291] seconds, tolerance [default or preset number, e.g. 0.010] seconds, adjusting time.
