Applies to

  • NetApp H410C compute node
  • Hybrid Cloud Control (HCC)

Issue

When viewing compute nodes in HCC (Dashboard --> Nodes --> Compute), you have an option to enter BMC credentials.

If the BMC password set is 20 characters or more, this will fail. However, you are able to log directly into the BMC UI with 20 character passwords without issue.
