Intel NIC adapters are not detected after upgrading from ESXi 6.7 to 7.0.3L

Issue

  • After upgrading H410C from ESXi6.7 to 7.0 update 3L, the 2 x 10G Intel NIC adpters(vmnic2 & vmnic3) are not detected. Can see the Mellanox NICs.

  • The orginal driver of the Intel NIC prior to upgrade is non-native OEM ixgbe.
