Issue

Compute nodes have the following error in HCC under Nodes > Compute:

  • Unable to connect to the BMC. Edit connection settings so the management service can connect
  • An error occurred that prevented a connection to the management service. You can try entering the credentials again. If the problem persists, contact your technical support engineer.
