Element WebUI Widgets not loading on newly created cluster

The issue with the Widgets not loading in the Element WebUI was seen after a cluster had been re-created. Note it may happen at anytime.

Answer

1. Clear web Browser cache and reload the WebUI. 

2. If that does not work try to use the Incognito (In Private) Option in your web browser of choice.
