Issue

  • ESXi server panic and enter the Purple Screen of Death (PSOD)
PSOD with PF Exception 14 in world XXXXXXX:HELPER_UPLIN IP

  • Upon PSOD the user will notice that their host is in a disconnected state within vCenter (if applicable).

  • Node management IP is not reachable.
