Bond10G connectivity goes down after upgrade to Element software 11.3 and above

  • Element software 11.3 or higher
  • SFP transceiver X6606A 


  • After a node upgrades to 11.3 or higher, the alert The SolidFire Application cannot communicate with node ID <X> does not resolve.
  • Link lights on the Bond1G connection (eth2 and eth3) are active, but there are no link lights on the Bond10G (eth0 and eth1).
  • MIP for the node is pingable but the SIP is not.
