Issue

  • Applying Storage Firmware Bundle via HCC fails with error:

An error has occurred during the upgrade for storage cluster <CLUSTER_NAME>. Contact your technical support engineer. You can resume the upgrade after the problem that caused the error is resolved.

Upgrading storage cluster <CLUSTER_NAME> to version: <PACKAGE-VERSION>.
Storage Cluster upgrade failed: Maintenance mode process failed. Contact your technical support engineer.

  • The log downloaded from Download Upgrade Logs reports errors:

Failed to update task monitor status: 404 Client Error: NOT FOUND for url:   http://mnode-svc-task-monitor/task-monitor/1/tasks/<TASK-ID>
Upgrade failure occurred. One of the nodes is in maintenance mode.
