Unable to Access SANtricity System Manager on Controller A Following Controller Replacement in E Series

Issue

  • After replacing Controller A on a NetApp E-Series storage array, the embedded SANtricity System Manager Web UI will no longer be accessible through Controller A management port. However, Controller B will remain fully accessible via its management interface.
  • Network connectivity to both controllers will appear functional, as both management IP addresses will respond to ping. An attempts to open the SANtricity Web UI on Controller A will consistently fail across multiple client machines, different networks, and various web browsers.
