Issue

  • Customer reported inability to add LDAP server to Node  in SANtricity System Manager
  • However,  for another Node was able to add successfully.
  • Getting Error : Failed to add the directory server

  • Review logs under /msw_data/log_trace.log and LDAP Domain error :
