This feature helps with achieving the 60 seconds recovery time objective on unplanned failover for CIFS and NFSv4 clients during unplanned failover.
We use the Azure Internal Load Balancer to assist with LIF (Logical Interface) failover for CIFS/NFS and Cluster Management and SVM management LIFS.
Such failover took longer before 9.10.1.
From BlueXP side, it checks if the feature is enabled in the Azure portal and once it is, BlueXP runs a scanner every 12 hours to update the Internal Load Balancer rules if any and timeline shows this message:
