This Azure feature works in concert with ONTAP to reduce the client observed application outage time for NFS protocols that result from unplanned failover events. Enabling this feature on your Azure subscription won’t cause issues to other virtual machines.

From BlueXP side, it checks if the feature is enabled in the Azure portal and once it is, BlueXP runs a scanner every 12 hours to update the Internal Load Balancer rules if any and timeline shows this message:
