Issue

  • Unable to complete multi-hop upgrade from 9.10.0 to 9.13.0 as it is stuck at 9.11.x to 9.12.x HOP.
  • Upgrade stuck is in updating status in BlueXP.
  • storage failover show command shows cluster applications attempting to come online

Waiting for cluster applications to come online on the local node.Offline applications: mgmt, vldb,vifmgr, bcomd, crs.
