Workload security collector fails with Error Code: Agent008

Issue

  • ONTAP SVM data collector for SWS is in failed state with errors:
    • Failed to determine the health of the collector within 2 retries, try restarting the collector again(Error Code: AGENT008)
    • External fpolicy server has been terminated
  • All required ports are open between agent and ONTAP/SVM
  • Agent services are up and running
  • Running vserver fpolicy show-engine -node <node> -vserver <vserver> -instance shows that SWS fpolicies are not created while other policies are present
