Why does my Cloud Insights Basic Edition environment no longer exist?

Answer
- The Cloud Insights Basic Edition environment is automatically deleted if identified as inactive.
- The environment is determined to be inactive if one of the following conditions exists:
- There is no user activity for 30 consecutive days
- There is no data ingested for 7 consecutive days
- Cloud Insights will send a notification and provide a grace period of four days before an environment is deleted.
