The connection status of the Acquisition Unit in DII is shown as 'heartbeat failed' due to the service being down

  • The logs of the acquisition unit have not been updated for a long time

Issue

  • The connection status of the Acquisition Unit, shown in Observability > Collectors > Acquisition Units,  is 'heartbeat failed'.
  • The last update date of acq.log is older compared to the log collection date
