The cloudsecure-agent service cannot be restarted after data collector becomes error

Issue

  • The status of the data collector becomes  error.
  • Cannot start cloudsecure-agent service after it stops 
  • Trying to collect logs using /opt/NetApp/cloudsecure/agent/bin/cloudsecure-agent-symptom-collector.sh fails with the following error:

 mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/tmp/cloudsecure-agent-symptoms-YYYYMMDDHHMMSS’: Read-only file system
