Issue

  • Customer is not getting performance data in Cloud Insights
  • Customer is seeing the following message in EMS:

Fri Feb 25 00:30:00 -0800 [Node01: CCMA-Rotator: perf.ccma.off:alert]: Performance archiver is not enabled for datastore 'opm'.
Fri Feb 25 01:35:00 -0800 [Node01: CCMA-Rotator: ems.engine.suppressed:debug]: Event 'perf.ccma.off' suppressed 20 times in last 3900 seconds.
