Description
- In situations where a proxy or firewall is inspecting Data Infrastructure Insights Acquisition Unit secure traffic, the network device may be replacing endpoint certificates with its own
- In this scenario, if the root CA certificate is not trusted, SSL-encrypted traffic to endpoints will fail with PKIX and SSLException errors
- The root CA certificate will need to be imported into the user.truststore in order for Data Infrastructure Insights Acquisition Unit's certificate validation checks to succeed
