Issue

When trying to add a new BYOL license, Cloud Manager gives an error:
 
{"error":"credentialserror","message":"Nss key id was not found for resource id WorkingEnvironment-xxxxxxx"}
 
NSS key ID was not found for resource ID
 
When trying to add it via REST API, getting error:
 
{"message": "Failed to extract Access Token from Authorization header",
"causeMessage": "OnCloudAuthenticationException: Failed to extract Access Token from Authorization header"}
 
NSS key ID was not found for resource ID
