Issue

  • JAVA consumes over 100% CPU resource that can lead to Server Communication Error

JAVA consumes maximum CPU in on-prem OCCM

 

  • From OCCM CLI the issue can be confirmed with top command:
top - 10:27:29 up 3 days, 15:46,  1 user,  load average: 6.27, 4.84, 3.98
