BlueXP UI shows Failed to Init for Restricted Mode connector

Issue

  • When logging into the BlueXP UI, Failed to Init is shown in the bottom half screen, and no working environment is present
  • Further, the connector logs receives an unauthorized 401 error while reading AWS metadata
