Issue

Volumes and Aggregates cannot be managed from BlueXP and Switch to Advanced View link is disabled. The following error is seen in the Timeline:
 
Error:The scope '/subscriptions/<id>/resourceGroups/<rg-name>/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/<VM-name>'  
cannot perform write operation because following scope(s) are locked: '/subscriptions/<id>/resourcegroups/<rg-name>'. Please remove the lock and try again. Code: ScopeLocked
