Unable to delete all CBS cloud snapshots for CVO  when using Datalock

Issue

When trying to delete all the Cloud backups for a CVO working environment which has been configured with Backup & Recovery service with Datalock feature, the error below is returned in BlueXP Console:
 
Error: Failed to delete some of the volume snapshots. Deleting snapshots failed for Volume with id <vol-ID>. Object store endpoint with UUID "<UUID>" cannot be deleted because it has locked Snapshot copies.
