For best experience when using Internet Explorer while navigating the NetApp Support Site, perform the following steps to turn off the compatibility mode:

  1. Go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings

  2. Uncheck the following checkboxes:
    1. Include updated website lists from Microsoft
    2. Display intranet sites in Compatibility View
    3. Display all websites in Compatibility View

  3. Click Close
  4. Refresh your browser
