Solidfire cluster nodes lost cluster information after network outage

Issue

  • After network issue unable to serve data.  All VMs affected.
  • Logging into the cluster and node management IPs brings up cluster create link option.
  • Pinging the SPI connection the result is closed by host.
  • Node UI gives the bad gateway screen.
  • After reboot API server error is received.
  • All nodes are unable to communicate with other nodes via ping tests.
  • Nodes are able to communicate with MVIP via ping tests.
  • VLANs and ports are up and configured on all nodes.
  • Traceroute gives !H when attempting to reach other nodes.
