ESXi host in hung state

Issue

  • The ESXi host suddenly goes into a hung state
  • There are no obvious HW failures from the IPMI event log and a PSOD(Purple Screen of Death) has not occurred
  • Multiple vob.net.uplink.watchdog.timeout messages are created for vmnic0 and vmnic1
