Issue

  • The user received daily alerts via email indicating AutoSupport delivery is failing: 

An ASUP message could not be delivered from the array management host eos-b to NetApp ASUP https gateway https://support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut/

  • E-Series web-server-trace-log-B log file provides additional details about the AutoSupport failure. The AutoSupport upload is failing with HTTP status code 409.
