Ubuntu openstack lost connection to LUN

Issue

  1. In a verified IMT configurationVM lost connection to the mapped disks
  2. Live migrating VM between hypervisor failed to migrate with mpathx: map in use error message
  3. ONTAP event log (EMS) shows many new iSCSI sessions being created in a short time . Many sessions come from the same IQN (host name) but many multiple IP addresses (In other words other hosts are using the same IQN).
  4. Multipathd is not using ALUA for the ONTAP LUN  hwhandler='0'
