The NVMEM battery state cannot be determined because the 'xxx' sensor is unreadable

Issue

From event log show can see below error.
 
Example:
Wed Nov 16 10:38:30 +0900 [N3: env_mgr: nvmem.battery.unread:EMERGENCY]: The NVMEM battery state cannot be determined because the 'Bat Dsg FET Flt' sensor is unreadable. To prevent data loss, the system will shut down in 5 minutes.
Wed Nov 16 10:38:30 +0900 [N3: env_mgr: nvmem.battery.unread:EMERGENCY]: The NVMEM battery state cannot be determined because the 'Bat Chg FET Flt' sensor is unreadable. To prevent data loss, the system will shut down in 5 minutes.
Wed Nov 16 10:38:30 +0900 [N3: env_mgr: nvmem.battery.unread:EMERGENCY]: The NVMEM battery state cannot be determined because the 'Bat Pack Invalid' sensor is unreadable. To prevent data loss, the system will shut down in 5 minutes.
Wed Nov 16 10:38:32 +0900 [N3: env_mgr: nvmem.battery.discFET.normal:notice]: The NVMEM battery discharge FET is on.
Wed Nov 16 10:38:32 +0900 [N3: env_mgr: nvmem.battery.FET.normal:notice]: The NVMEM battery charge FET is on.
Wed Nov 16 10:38:32 +0900 [N3: env_mgr: nvmem.battery.packValid:notice]: A valid NVMEM battery pack is present.
Wed Nov 16 10:38:32 +0900 [N3: env_mgr: nvmem.battery.normalCharge:notice]: The NVMEM battery charging status is normal.
